In this role, you will be responsible for leading development and maintenance of ServiceNow and a key stakeholder in its architecture.You must be a team-oriented individual, with proven ability to execute both collaboratively and independently. You will work closely with Technology and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
Configure and customize core ServiceNow applications, including IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), utilizing Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
Analyze business requirements and user stories to deliver the simplest, most effective "Out of the Box" (OOTB) solutions, avoiding unnecessary customization or scope creep.
Act as a reliable technical partner to the cross-functional teams, troubleshooting incidents, resolving platform bugs, and proactively creating documentation to support front-line agents.
Build and maintain the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure platform stability during upgrades and deployments.
Maintain and troubleshoot platform integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) with third-party vendors and tools.
Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Peer Reviews) and proactively communicate project status, blockers, and technical findings.
Required Qualifications:
1 - 2 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator or junior developer.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data structures, and core ITSM modules.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ATF.
Soft Skills:
Excellent collaborative skills with a service-oriented mindset.
A positive, solution-oriented attitude toward learning new tools, technologies, and evolving processes.
Clear, concise, and professional communication skills (both written and verbal) for interacting with technical teams and stakeholders.
Ability to take ownership of tasks, raise questions early when requirements are
unclear, and actively participate in technical discussions.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly preferred
- Progress toward Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
