**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and core scripting capabilities (2-5 years experience required)
- Design and implement ITSM module solutions including Service Catalog, CMDB, and workflow configurations
- Build system integrations using REST and SOAP protocols
- Configure access controls, data policies, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows
- Manage application deployment through Update Sets and Git version control
- Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain high-quality code standards and attention to detail throughout development lifecycle
**Preferred Experience:**
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CIS ITSM)
- Advanced features including Service Portal, UI Builder, and Performance Analytics
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
