As a ServiceNow Developer (Band: TE3), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring core ServiceNow modules and custom applications. Your primary focus will be on driving efficiency across enterprise service pillars—including HR, Legal, Facilities, and Procurement—while maintaining the integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), handling complex integrations, and automating quality assurance via automated testing frameworks.
Core ResponsibilitiesPrimary Focus Areas (Core Development & Architecture)IT Service Management (ITSM): Design, develop, and maintain core ITSM modules to optimize IT service delivery and operational workflows.
HR Service Delivery (HRSD): Configure and customize HR workflows, lifecycle events, and case management to streamline HR operations.
Legal & Facilities Service Management: Architect and support tailored workflows for Legal and Facilities teams to automate request fulfillment and case tracking.
Procurement Service Management: Build and manage procurement workflows, asset tracking, and vendor request systems.
