What success looks like in this role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support assigned applications and system components using technical and procedural expertise
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of system features
- Participate in design discussions and help define technical solutions
- Assist with estimation of effort, resources, and timelines
- Support migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
- Develop and execute unit and system testing, ensuring secure coding practices
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing and new system features
- Document processes and best practices
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree related.
- 2–4 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience
- Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations
- Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Spanish-English proficiency (written and spoken).
Preferred:
- ServiceNow CSA and/or Application Developer certification
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide Script, and modern web technologies
- Experience integrating with platforms like Azure AD, Workday, SAP, or similar.
