You collaborate with business units, architecture, development, and operations, translating customer needs into viable solutions. You take responsibility in projects, facilitate workshops, and contribute your experience in solution design and implementation. Together, we promote exchange, accountability, and continuous development.

  • Consulting and implementing complex ServiceNow projects in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, and other ServiceNow applications
  • Responsibility for requirements, solution design, architectural topics, and coordination with business units
  • Use of modern ServiceNow capabilities for automation, artificial intelligence, and efficient workflows
  • Rapid onboarding into ongoing customer projects with a high level of responsibility
  • Collaboration with Swisscom B2B customers, development teams, operations, and Product Owners

Your Skills

  • Several years of experience in ServiceNow projects involving configuration, implementation, and rollout for demanding customers
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, preferably in IT Service Management or Customer Service Management; additional focus areas such as IT Operations Management are a plus
  • Experience in moderating customer workshops, gathering requirements, defining user stories, developing solution designs, and addressing architectural topics in an agile environment
  • University degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
  • You recognize interrelationships, structure complex topics, and derive actionable steps from them
  • You enjoy working with customers, business units, and technical teams and take on responsibility
  • You remain calm under tight deadlines, set clear priorities, and drive projects forward quickly
