Spasimir Arsov is looking for a new team member.We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Expert to design, manage, and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework ensuring accurate configuration data, governance, service mapping, and alignment with ITSM/ITOM best practices. In this role you will drive CMDB governance, discovery, service mapping, integrations, and data quality initiatives while supporting ITSM and ITOM processes.
Your daily routine would include:
- Lead CSDM adoption and alignment across business and IT services
- Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB architecture & data model.
- Design and optimize ServiceNow discovery.
- Define CI classification, relationships, identification, and reconciliation rules.
- Jointly work with business units on service mapping & adoption of CSDM concept by the organization.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service owners to ensure CMDB data accuracy.
- Drive automation to improve configuration data accuracy and operational efficiency.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Several years of project experience in ServiceNow CMDB and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
- Deep knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and experience in service classification & mapping.
- deep expertise in SNOW modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, HAM, SAM, TNI).
- knowledge of infrastructure technologies including servers, networks, databases, and applications.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service-oriented architecture.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, particularly within ServiceNow tools such as the Knowledge Base.
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- ITSM / ITIL certifications (ITIL® 4 Foundation or higher preferred).
