EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree, in Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems, or related. In lieu of degree, five (5) years’ relevant experience will be considered.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years’ minimum, direct experience in Database Administration, Database Operations, Computer Operations or Systems Programming.
Minimum one (1) year experience with Database Management Software (DBMS).
Knowledge of at least one (1) programming language, as well as appropriate OS, utilities, shell scripts, visual editor, or related for the assigned database.
Experience/Certifications in ServiceNow platform ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and System Administrator, preferred.

Skills Required
