Cronos Europa is looking for an Advanced ServiceNow Architect based in Warsaw to support a European Agency in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of its ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining architecture standards, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring the performance, security and scalability of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture
- Define standards for development, testing and quality assurance
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Design integrations and interoperability with external systems
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams
- Support implementation and improvement projects
- Optimise system performance, security and quality
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
Profile requirements
- Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience
- At least 3 years in a similar ServiceNow Architect role
- Higher education degree (minimum Level 4)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and design
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience with integrations (REST, Web Services, LDAP, SSO)
- Experience with modelling tools (e.g. Sparx EA, ARIS)
- Understanding of complex systems and interoperability
- Knowledge of IT security standards
- English: C1 minimum
