As a Service Payment Specialist, you will be working with global clients and vendors to assist to register and renew domains. Additionally, you will be supporting clients to process and fulfill orders, handle escalations and problem solve any issues that arise. Most importantly, you will be part of a global leadership team with opportunities to support our clients and team members internationally.
Some of the things you will be doing:

Providing excellent customer service to internal teams we support
Cooperatively work with global Vendors to complete customer orders by building working relationships
Manage both a shared team queue of new work and individual processing queue
Partner with team to ensure all of the team's daily orders are completed
Provide daily order processing commitments and meet those commitments on a consistent basis
Use critical thinking skills to research options and find solutions for client needs
Research and analysis of domain name industry related information
Partner with internal teams to execute on critical strategic domains projects
Collaborate and contribute to process improvement projects in the domain sphere to increase team efficiency

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

Detail-oriented.
Produce quality results on a consistent basis
Strong prioritization and time management skills, including working to daily/weekly deadlines
Tenacious and with strong problem solving skills
Comprehension and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and function as part of a team
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and via email with global teams and Vendors
Process improvement oriented. Work within and across teams to identify and implement process improvements
Able to multitask in changing environments and systems
Active change participant. Change happens on a daily basis in our industry
Interest in technology and agility at learning new products and features are a plus
Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook: Beginner
Excel - basic formulas (vlookup, conditional formatting, pivot tables)
Effectively utilize multiple ordering platforms with speed and efficiency

Revamping the Design Process

For Roth, integrating new features is as much about the team’s approach as it is about the technology. Currently, his team is busy integrating React into the CSC Corptax product suite. “It’s not just bringing this new technology into it — we’ve paved the road for other teams,” he explained, noting that the team has built an entire architecture: frameworks, demos, samples, training and more. “We’ve started using a more customer-centric UX design process,” Roth added. “I’m proud of the work the team has done.”

New tools impact not only how we operate, but how we build our product. They provide a great chance to get in on the ground floor and shape what we create.

Harvesting fresh vegetables from the greenhouse in summer, squeezing in a Pure Barre class between events, spending time with her children … the opportunities Rima Rekesius has to nurture work-life balance are rich and varied. “We have busy seasons with longer hours, but my work allows me to be available for my family and care for my mind and body,” said Rekesius of her flexible work structure. This sense of balance extends to time off. “While taking a vacation, I don’t need to constantly check my email or worry about something going wrong,” she said. “I know my clients are in good hands.”

I work with clients in different time zones, sometimes outside the United States, but planning my time and scheduling my projects makes me feel that I’m in charge of my schedule.
