P&G offers a wide variety of Finance & Accounting (F&A) career opportunities. Our F&A Business Operations internship program offers a full experience to work and learn under one of our F&A organizations (i.e., Record to Report, Supply Chain, Payments, Banking, Treasury, Tax, Employee Services, Financial Solutions, Internal Controls, Governance, etc.) leading a project and immersing in our day-to-day operations. Our interns will go through on-the-job training program focused on learning the P&G business operations, improving processes, and delivering results through problem-solving and analysis.
There are two career tracks in P&G, namely, the Manager track, and the Business and Technical Associates (BTA) track. This is an internship for the Business & Technical Associate (BTA) track. As a BTA at P&G, you will perform a variety of administrative, technical, and operational tasks that are essential for the company's success. They leverage expertise in different areas such as finance, purchases, human resources and sales, ensuring that P&G's products and processes are delivered efficiently. As a BTA you will experience different roles that recognizes mastery and generalist skills and may be able to become a senior or expert specialist on the area of interest.
