We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time SEO/SEM Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team.  This role will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as keyword strategy, link building, and content development to increase rankings on all major search networks. The SEO/SEM Digital Marketing Analyst will also manage all SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google and LinkedIn with emphasis on maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, rankings, and drive website traffic.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-ranking, relevant keywords and optimize on-page elements such as meta descriptions, title tags, and content for better visibility.
  • On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal links for maximum search engine exposure.
  • Off-Page SEO: Implement and manage link-building strategies, directory submissions, and partnerships to improve website authority.
  • SEM Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns (PPC) across platforms like Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring high click-through rates and cost-effective conversion strategies.
  • Content Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for SEO and supports keyword strategies.
  • Website Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, etc.) to track, monitor, and report on website performance, traffic patterns, and user behavior.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor SEO/SEM strategies and adjust our strategies to stay competitive.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages, ad copy, and other elements for better performance.
  • SEO Reporting: Generate detailed SEO and SEM performance reports that include traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI, and make actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience of multi-region strategies specifically North America and Europe.
  • Proven experience in SEO and SEM with a focus on increasing rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of current SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Expertise in paid search marketing (PPC) and ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and similar.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with content and technical teams.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS for on-page optimization is a plus.
  • Experience of enterprise software solutions, preferably SaaS and/or cybersecurity/information security
