Serve as primary client contact managing a book of business to drive onboarding, product adoption, renewals, and upsell identification. Conduct regular business reviews, monitor account health, negotiate renewals, and coordinate cross-functionally (sales, legal, partners, product, support) to resolve issues and increase customer value.

Serve as the primary technical resource for sales: deliver demos and proof-of-value, manage technical evaluations and prospect engagements, articulate business value, support product feedback to PM and Support, and stay current on competitors.

Build, maintain, and enhance Onapsis platform features for threat detection, vulnerability management, and compliance. Collaborate with product, research, and architecture teams to scope and implement scalable, secure solutions, improve platform maturity, and advance quality engineering and observability for production systems.
