We’re looking for an SEO Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience to help scale AIO’s organic growth across our website, product pages, and supporting content ecosystem.
This role sits within the Marketing team and will work closely with content, design, product, and engineering to ensure SEO is baked into everything we ship, not treated as an afterthought. You’ll be responsible for executing SEO fundamentals well, supporting ongoing growth initiatives, and helping build scalable SEO systems as the company grows.
You will report to the SEO & Growth lead and collaborate cross-functionally with content writers, designers, developers, and product marketers.
What will your responsibilities be?Own on-page SEO execution across AIO’s website, including page structure, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization
Conduct keyword research and map keywords to landing pages, product pages, blogs, and comparison pages
Support content strategy for organic growth by identifying opportunities based on search intent and funnel stage
Assist with technical SEO tasks, including site audits, crawlability checks, indexing issues, and Core Web Vitals improvements
Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platforms, and report on key insights
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed during content creation
Support schema markup implementation and validation across key pages
Help maintain SEO hygiene across the site (broken links, redirects, duplicate content, cannibalization checks)
Track rankings, traffic trends, and page-level performance, and flag opportunities or issues proactively
Stay up to date with Google updates and SEO best practices, and help translate them into action items
2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house, agency, or SaaS preferred)
Strong understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals and search intent mapping
Working knowledge of technical SEO concepts (indexing, crawling, site structure, CWV basics)
Experience using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog (or similar)
Comfortable working with content teams and giving SEO-driven recommendations
Basic understanding of HTML, schema markup, and CMS-based SEO workflows
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and ask the right questions
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, especially in a startup environment

Skills Required
