Responsibilities
- We are growing rapidly and you will play a key role in ensuring we hit our growth and efficiency targets by owning a critical function – SEO.
- You’ll be responsible for the scaling and optimization of our visibility and search-ability, online
- Execute our SEO strategy and set aggressive goals & targets to turn marketing into a revenue-driving growth force.
- Plan, build, manage, analyze, and optimize our SEO initiatives to deliver maximum impact
- Manage our SEO third-party agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Build sophisticated strategies that make it easier for qualified buyers to discover Insider and convert
- Manage our SEO budget, with a key focus on maximizing ROI, delivering a high amount of sales-qualified opportunities, while lowering CAC
- Strong project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward
- Co-owning technical SEO roadmap with Development
- Proofing content for blogs, websites, and social media for effective SEO keywords
- Preparing executive-level reports and summaries for Senior Leadership Team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in SEO. Experience in technology or software/SaaS
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a big plus!
- Proven track record in contributing to Marketing’s pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Expert at working with platforms, including SEM Rush, Google Analytics
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation software is a plus, Salesforce CRM and Hubspot are preferred
- Able to work with remote team members and multiple stakeholders across various departments and countries.
- Experienced at working comfortably across all levels of an organization. We’re a pretty flat structure, so we need someone who can transition from working in painstaking detail within platform - but also be able to provide executive-level reports, updates, and dashboards to senior stakeholders
- Experience working within an international company, managing multiple regions is preferred. Our digital marketing function is small but mighty!
- Super energetic positive attitude, a strong sense of humor, and a hearty appetite for growth
- The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment as well as high emotional intelligence
