Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing comprehensive SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Local SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility for Manay CPA and related websites.
- Conducting in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value target keywords and phrases.
- Defining and executing tactics to achieve annual and monthly KPIs, including keyword rankings, visibility scores, and domain authority improvements.
- Developing and implementing effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimizing website structure, content, meta tags, and other technical SEO elements for maximum organic performance.
- Designing and executing a blog strategy, including creating keyword-rich article outlines and meta tags.
- Collaborating with content teams (freelance bloggers, in-house writers) to produce and optimize SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, and service descriptions.
- Performing content gap analysis to uncover opportunities for new, engaging, and relevant content creation.
- Monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Search Console) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Staying current with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitive performance.
- Assisting with website content management, including publishing new pages, creating landing pages, and implementing forms and templates.
- Managing website updates, enhancements, and bug fixes, working with internal teams and external vendors as required.
- Ensuring website content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with overarching marketing and branding strategies.
- Supporting digital advertising efforts as needed by planning and implementing remarketing strategies and collaborating with performance marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an SEO Specialist
- Advanced level of English IS A MUST -All interviews will be conducted in English!
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Experience with backend and frontend processes
- Marketing agency or Agency management experience IS A PLUS
- Familiarity with the accounting industry, whether at a basic or advanced level, IS A PLUS
- Excellent cross-group collaboration skills
- Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures required
- Location: Home office
- Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES
- Travelling might be required
