Veeam Software is seeking a highly motivated SEO Specialist to drive continuous optimization and content development across our corporate websites. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, and IT, to support projects from concept through live deployment and enhance the performance of our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy
    • Assist in the development and execution of SEO and content strategies that drive organic search traffic growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience.
    • Act as a content strategist, providing insights and direction on optimizing content for both search engines and users, balancing storytelling with data-driven tactics.
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform content strategies and improve site rankings, while ensuring content is tailored to resonate with the target audience.
  • Process/Execution
    • Lead the content development process, from initial strategy and planning to publication, ensuring content aligns with SEO goals and business objectives.
    • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of SEO and content-related tasks, ensuring timely completion according to SLAs and project timelines.
    • Provide recommendations to optimize and streamline workflows, improving efficiency in content creation, SEO processes, and publication timelines.
  • Tracking & Reporting
    • Continuously analyze and enhance published content to maximize its impact, driving better user engagement and conversion rates.
    • Monitor and analyze SEO and content performance metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Governance
    • Collaborate closely with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure that content and SEO best practices are implemented and maintained across all digital properties.
  • Culture
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, digital marketing, and content development, applying new knowledge to improve outcomes.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, working toward shared goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in global SEO, content development, and digital experience, ideally within high-tech industries or with an IT audience.
  • Experience in leading content development projects, from strategy through publication, with a strong focus on SEO optimization and conversion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and new challenges.
  • Experience with project planning and execution, especially in content strategy and SEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to enhance SEO, content, and web performance.
  • A passion for learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
