About Eneba
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
Join our Marketing Team, where we're sustainably driving growth with goals to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data-driven optimization, entertainment, and creativity, and our SEO team is where this comes to life on the product side.
You'll join the onsite side of SEO - covering strategy, technical SEO, and e-commerce/marketplace optimization - working closely with our offsite team (link acquisition, publications, content collaboration). Our culture is built on high ownership and autonomy. In return, we expect proactive, transparent communication - it's a hard requirement here, not a nice-to-have.
This role owns SEO with the mandate to build these programs from scratch and set the long-term direction, not just maintain what already exists.
Responsibilities
Build and drive data-driven SEO programs, including semantic and internal linking, technical optimization, and content strategy, with a focus on new-user acquisition and GMV growth.
Go deep on technical and onsite SEO.
Use GSC, GA, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog to back every decision, and measure success in terms of business outcomes - GMV and revenue impact.
Set your own quarterly goals and manage your own time and priorities, with regular sync check-ins to keep your lead aligned on progress and direction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Content & Localization, the Offsite SEO team, and DevOps - to align on strategy, budget, and site-structure implementation.
Think in the long term: this is a 2–5 year strategic effort, not a short-term project, so you'll be expected to define durable, long-term action points alongside near-term execution.
Requirements
3+ years of in-house SEO experience, working as part of a team - ideally at a large e-commerce or marketplace business.
Genuine technical/onsite SEO depth beyond the surface level - structured data, data-driven internal linking, page speed, and core web performance.
A data-driven, business-outcome mindset: comfortable using GSC, GA, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog to inform decisions, and used to measuring success through GMV/revenue impact.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a proactive, transparent communication style.
Comfortable working autonomously, owning a domain end-to-end, and setting your own direction without day-to-day task assignment.Good English level required; proficiency preferred, as English is our business language of choice.

What We Do
Our story so far... Vytis and Zygis, co-founders of Eneba, are avid gamers themselves. Their story began in the early 2000s, sharing a dorm room. Students being students, they spent countless nights playing StarCraft, Lineage II, WarCraft, Heroes III, Command & Conquer, Civilization, FIFA, NBA, NukeZone, Counter-Strike, and Doom to name a few ;) And, actually, most of the early business ideas came to them while gaming. Fast forward through a couple of companies built and a lot of learning, our co-founders decided to circle back to what sparked entrepreneurship in them - gaming! That’s how we came about. Eneba was born in 2018. Today, our marketplace supports more than 9m active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you!
