The AI space is loud, crowded, and moving fast. We need someone who can cut through all of it and put Sintra at the top — in search results, in AI-generated answers, and everywhere else people go looking for what we build.
This is a full ownership role. You'll set the strategy, run the execution, and be accountable for SEO as a growth channel. No hand-holding, no waiting on direction — just results.
What you'll do
Own SEO for sintra.ai end to end. Strategy, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement
Win the searches that matter to our category. Tools, comparisons, use cases, and every intent that puts us in front of the right audience
Identify and close ranking gaps against competitors across every category we operate in
Build and manage a content pipeline optimised for search. Work with writers to produce pages that rank and convert
Optimise existing content, site architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO to compound growth over time
Own our structured data and entity presence, so search engines and AI systems describe Sintra accurately
Make sure Sintra surfaces prominently in AI answer engines, not just traditional Google results
Track rankings, AI citations, traffic, and signups. Use that data to decide what gets built next
What we're looking for
Proven experience owning SEO as a channel, with measurable ranking and traffic wins to show for it
Deep knowledge of the AI tools and SaaS keyword landscape. You know where the traffic is and how to get it
Strong across both technical SEO and content-driven SEO
You ship consistently. Volume and quality, week after week, without someone chasing you
You can brief a writer well enough that the draft comes back close to publishable
Experience optimising for AI search surfaces (AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity) is a big plus
Experience working in Webflow is a plus
Comfortable moving fast. You prioritise ruthlessly and ship without waiting for perfect
Proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
Salary range: €4,000-5,000/month gross, depending on experience.

Skills Required
- Proven experience owning SEO as a channel with measurable ranking and traffic wins
