organic reach. We’re seeking a data-savvy, growth-oriented SEO & Google Marketing
Specialist to lead our search performance strategy. If you're passionate about ranking, clicks,
and conversions — we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search
rankings
● Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization
● Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube) with a strong
focus on ROI
● Optimize landing pages for conversion and SEO best practices
● Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix issues
● Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights using Google Analytics,
Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs
● Build high-quality backlinks and manage outreach strategies
● Stay updated with algorithm changes and industry trends
Requirements:
● 2–3 years of hands-on SEO and Google Ads experience
● Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and ad quality score
● Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and
Screaming Frog
● Experience with WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and schema markup
● Ability to run performance reports and translate data into strategy
● Strong communication and reporting skills
● Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines independently in a remote setup
Preferred (Bonus Skills):
● Experience with content strategy and writing optimized blog posts
● Knowledge of local SEO, YouTube SEO, or app store optimization
● Familiarity with CRO tools like Hotjar or Google Optimize
