Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst (Level 3) to join its team of diverse and qualified individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.

What you’ll do
Partner with segment level program analysts to standardize IPMDAR ( Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report ) supplier integration and validation across Sentinel
Keep dashboards up to date and conduct regular process audits
Monitor supplier EV (Earned Value) reporting and support DECM (DCMA EVMS Compliance Metrics) metric justifications, providing coaching to segment teams
Assist with internal and external audits
Manage additional tasks related to effective oversight of FFP (Firm-Fixed-Price) /T&M (Time and Materials) suppliers as needed
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related professional experience; Master's degree with 3 years of related professional experience, 1 year experience with PhD, OR 9 years of related professional experience with a high school diploma
Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling
Experience using Microsoft office suite, such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret level security clearance (with the investigation in the past 6 years)
- 3+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
- Experience with Primavera P6 and Power BI dashboards
- Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.
- Awareness of subcontracts and IWO agreements
- Strong analytical ability.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
