What You'll Get To Do:
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Software Analyst to manage and optimize our Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Crowd. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with an active DoD Secret clearance and eligibility for Special Program Access (SAP). Key responsibilities include system configuration, user and security management, and automation of workflows using JQL. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with CI/CD integration, experience managing large-scale projects, and knowledge of Groovy scripting or Adaptavist ScriptRunner are preferred. This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
