Job Description
Position: Senior/Staff Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: US Remote
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions for our large-scale project, working closely with Google, and our valued customers. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to deliver high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Design, maintain, and execute automated test suites for web applications.
- Define test strategies, methodologies, and best practices for automation testing.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test scenarios and automate them.
- Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.
- Analyze test results and report defects in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.
- Stay updated on Selenium and other relevant testing tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automated testing using Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language commonly used with Selenium.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like JUnit.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and maintainable code.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with any continuous integration tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
