Job Description
Job Title: Senior/Staff Java Software Engineer
Location: U.S. - Remote
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join the project team and contribute to our large-scale project in collaboration with Google, and the customer. As a Java Expert, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Java applications using Spring Boot framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Ensure software meets quality standards through unit testing, code reviews, and integration tests.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Spring Boot development.
- Document code and technical specifications.
- Participate in agile development processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Java developer, with a focus on Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of Spring concepts such as Dependency Injection, MVC, AOP, etc.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful web services development.
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
- Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Good have Camunda knowledge/experience.
