Senior/Staff ATE Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ATE Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ATE ( Advantest 93K, Teradyne Ultraflex, J750, and related test platforms ), DDR, DIMM modules, and module validation processes. This role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of our products through rigorous testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute validation plans for DIMM modules using Advantest ATE.
• Perform functional, performance, and stress testing on memory modules.
• Analyze test results and identify root causes of failures.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain and update test scripts and validation procedures.
• Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve validation processes and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with ATE, DDR, and Module validation.
• Proficiency in C++ for developing and maintaining test software.
• Experience with high-speed memory interfaces and signal integrity analysis.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as JEDEC.
• Strong understanding of memory technologies and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
