About the OpportunityWhat You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for the overall planning and design of the Web3 AI algorithm and labeling platform, covering all stages of the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, data analysis, feature planning, prototyping, and iterative optimization.

• Plan and design AI products for Web3, such as market recommendations and trade opportunity discovery, covering all stages of the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, data analysis, feature planning, prototyping, and iterative optimization.

• Manage project development processes, coordinating resources to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

• Collaborate closely with business teams, algorithm engineers, and other departments to deeply understand business processes and pain points, identifying and analyzing the needs of AI and labeling products.

• Conduct in-depth research on trends in the application of AI within the Web3 industry, target user needs, and competitive landscape to develop product strategies that ensure market competitiveness.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience as a product manager in AI and labeling-related areas.

• Proven experience in designing and managing AI and recommendation products, with an understanding of common machine learning and AI algorithms, application scenarios, and fundamental principles.

• Familiar with large-scale data labeling system construction, with relevant product implementation experience.

• Strong data sensitivity and data analysis skills, with the ability to develop product optimization plans based on data insights.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of efficient collaboration with technical, business, and other cross-functional teams.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Web3-related products and deep technical understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and related technologies.

• Experience with on-chain trading and an understanding of on-chain opportunity discovery processes.

• Familiarity with tokenomics and an understanding of economic incentive mechanisms in the Web3 space.
