We’re looking for a Senior Workday Integration Specialist to join our team cross country team. In this role you’ll be responsible for managing all Workday integrations to ensure data integrity and optimal performance. You collaborates with cross-functional teams and third party vendors to gather requirements, design and implement new integrations. You monitor existing integrations and drive continuous improvement of integrations based on the latest innovations and own insight.

More about the role - What you’ll do

• Partner with COEs/Service Centers to translate strategic objectives into requirements and design for Workday integrations
• Implement and deploy new Workday integrations including management of internal (e.g. IT) and external suppliers and including change management and communication.
• Recommend improvements to existing Workday integrations based on external developments, internal strategy, and insights. Stimulate best practice identification and sharing internally.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Workday HCM integrations, including timely resolution of issues. Monitor performance via KPI’s an take action where required.
   

More about you

• You have minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM integrations
• You demonstrate great communication and collaboration skills
• You have high level functional knowledge of Workday HR modules and track record in driving Workday integrations
• You are an expert in technical knowledge of Workday integration options ( PECI, Core Connector, Studio, EIB integrations) as well as XML coding
