Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Strategy
- Serve as the technical architect and primary SME for Workday integrations, defining enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions supporting Workday and connected enterprise applications.
Solution Delivery
- Lead the design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.
Operations & Technical Leadership
- Provide advanced production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations.
- Mentor technical team members, review solution designs, and promote development standards and best practices.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance to continuously improve the global HR technology landscape.
Education and Experience:
- Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field and years of on-hands work experience.
- Proven track record of completing multiple Workday integration projects
- Experience supporting global, multi-national HR operations (including the US)
Preferred:
- Workday Pro certifications.
- Payroll/time tracking integration experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of object oriented architecture
- In-depth knowledge of HR system (Workday)
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional analytic skills and capabilities.
- Ability to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs.
