What you’ll do:
We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Global People and Public Facing Applications team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our Workday system and other People and Public Facing applications. You will collaborate closely with various business units to implement optimal HRIS solutions, ensuring seamless system integration and automation to support our global operations.
Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Workday and other applications to meet evolving organizational needs.

Serve as a consultant to business units, providing strategic guidance on leveraging HRIS systems.

Manage change, incident, and problem management, and lead system upgrades.

Lead projects from initial planning to successful completion, including onboarding third-party solutions.

Assess and propose an approach for Workday functional review of bi-annual releases.
-
Provide guidance and support to junior team members through mentorship.
-
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance data management.
-
Develop best practices documentation and training materials to facilitate user adoption.

Troubleshoot issues and provide comprehensive solutions to ensure seamless system usage.

Navigate and manage ambiguity effectively, making informed decisions and providing clarity in uncertain situations.
Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in HRIS administration and support, with deep knowledge in Workday modules and similar systems, and adaptability to new system features.

Experience with Workday Performance and Absence functionality a plus.

Effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration experience.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks and projects.

Project management experience, including system upgrades and implementations.

Systematic problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
