Job Summary
This position is responsible for researching, developing, and conducting HCSC Wellness programs for clients and customers; functioning as an internal program development consultant and project manager, to lead programs from ideation through development, commercialization, growth and maturity to retirement; assisting Sales and Retention Business Units in developing more complex programs that address customer needs and meets company profitability and operational requirements; provide leadership and consulting services to internal areas in defining program and scope including benefits, services, pricing targets, platform and vendor relationships; and providing program expertise and advocacy in delivering presentations to internal and external customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Nurse (RN) currently licensed in the state of employment and 4 years experience in corporate, public or community health education; OR Bachelor Degree in the health field and 4 years experience in corporate, public or community health education; OR 6 years experience in corporate, public or community health education; OR Masters Degree and 3 years of experience in corporate, public or community health education.
- Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments and levels.
- Experience leading and mentoring staff.
- Business and financial analysis skills.
- Verbal and written communications skills including interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, health and wellness marketplace and competition.
- Analytical and information synthesis skills. Experience conducting research, analyzing information and developing programs.
- Project management skills, including organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; and skills to provide direction and feedback. Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Presentation and group facilitation experience.
- Initiative and persistence, with experience consistently meeting deadlines.
- PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Travel - includes local and overnight stays
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Healthcare - Sales experience
- Client facing - Build business, presenting new business opportunities.
- Degree in Community or Public Health or Health Promotion, Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
- Demonstrated experience developing and presenting to internal and external clients.
- Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
- Experience administering a wellness program, including development of programs from inception to launch, and program introduction and monitoring for success or need for reengineering.
This is a Telecommute (Remote) role: Must reside within 250 miles of the office or anywhere within the posted state.

Base Pay Range$58,800.00 - $130,100.00
