What You'll Be Doing
- Accurately manage inbound and outbound truck weighing transactions using scale systems and software
- Verify shipping, receiving, and billing documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Coordinate with drivers, operations, dispatch, and customers to maintain efficient material flow
- Support office operations including answering phones, filing, greeting visitors, and providing administrative assistance as needed
- Maintain records, reports, and logs to support operational, inventory, and regulatory requirements
- Provide coverage at nearby facilities as needed and travel short distances within the region to support operational requirements

Work Environment
This role operates primarily in a scale house environment with frequent interaction with truck drivers and plant personnel. The position may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, exposure to outdoor conditions, and a fast-paced operational setting.
