Join Dash0 and help us define the future of observability. We are OpenTelemetry-native, building a delightful, simple, and AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil. Shape a product that developers love—all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in.
The Opportunity
Dash0 is looking for a Senior Website Developer to own everything that lives at dash0.com — from strategy and architecture to design, code, copy, and performance. You'll lead a full overhaul of our website and then run it at a high standard indefinitely.
This is a role for someone who moves fast because they're genuinely AI-native. You reach for the best tools available in 2026 as a matter of habit, not as an afterthought — from code generation to content optimization to automated testing. You'll be the primary driver of the project: the person who decides what gets built, how fast it ships, and how well it performs, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Design.
What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end redesign and rebuild of dash0.com — information architecture, design system, tech stack decisions, content, and launch
Maintain, iterate, and improve the site continuously — no handoffs, no waiting for an agency
Obsess over speed, reliability, and Core Web Vitals — set benchmarks and beat them
Own on-page SEO, structured data, and site architecture, ensuring every page ranks and converts
Instrument the site properly, run A/B tests, and use analytics data to drive product decisions
Craft design and UX that feel premium and convert — translating brand into web with or without a dedicated designer
Use AI tooling aggressively across code generation, content optimization, and automated testing to move faster than a traditional team
What You Bring
Proven track record owning and shipping websites end-to-end — not just contributing to them
Strong front-end engineering skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and familiarity with modern frameworks like Next.js or Astro
Deep understanding of technical SEO — crawlability, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture
Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (PostHog or equivalent) and running structured experiments
Sharp design sensibility — you can work in Figma, direct a designer, or just build it yourself
Highly proficient with AI-assisted development and content workflows — this isn't optional, it's how you operate
Bias for speed — you ship, learn, and iterate
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or infrastructure/observability space
Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Sanity
Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience building or scaling a design system
Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment

What We Do
We are a group of observability and monitoring experts dedicated to a single mission. We strongly believe Observability should be easy to understand, use, install, integrate, and manage. We make Observability easy for every developer. We fully embrace OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and open standards for modern observability. Our focus is on correlating and contextualizing issues to look beyond the limitations of telemetry silos. It should be easy for users to collect relevant telemetry and our goal is to have widespread adoption with a user-friendly and developer-friendly experience. We believe that more data doesn't always lead to more insights and often results in significant costs.
