As a Web Developer, you will play a key role in strengthening our internal capabilities for maintaining and developing our enterprise web platforms. Working across Sitefinity CMS and modern .NET technologies, you will collaborate closely with Global Marketing, IT, and internal stakeholders to build scalable solutions, enhance system integrations, and drive continuous improvement across our web ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to backend architecture, content build and maintenance, establish development standards, and grow technical depth within a collaborative team environment.

Your role:

  • Develop and maintain websites based on the Sitefinity CMS, ensuring high performance, Accessibility (WCAG 2.1–2.2), security, and SEO/SEM optimization

  • Contribute to building modular, scalable solutions, including frontend components, with a strong focus on performance and maintainability

  • Create and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs

  • Contribute to backend and application architecture within .NET / ASP.NET environments

  • Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and optimize system and database performance

  • Collaborate with designers, content teams, and internal clients to deliver tailored web solutions

  • Partner with external agencies to ensure the timely delivery and quality of joint projects

  • Collaborate with technical teams on web infrastructure and DevOps processes (CI/CD, CDN, SSL, backups)

  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing to support team growth and learning

  • Stay up to date with evolving web technologies, UX best practices, and security/compliance standards, and proactively introduce improvements

Your background:

  • 3+ years of professional web development experience, preferably in enterprise environments

  • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET / ASP.NET technologies

  • Experience working with CMS platforms (Sitefinity preferred) and backend development

  • Good understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)

  • Experience with database development and modeling, including structured content integrations (XML/XSLT)

  • Experience integrating web applications with external systems using REST APIs

  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps processes (experience with Azure environments is a plus)

  • Understanding of web best practices including information architecture, responsive design, content modeling, and metadata/tagging

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to continuous platform improvements

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • Excellent command of English
