Position SummaryWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our fast-moving, fully remote team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in structured sprints, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and consistently delivers high-quality, scalable front-end solutions.
Technical SkillsHTML / CSS- Advanced proficiency in semantic HTML
- Full website development from scratch using HTML & CSS
- Confident in Flexbox & CSS Grid for complex layouts
- Strong command of pseudo-classes & pseudo-elements
- Skilled in responsive design with media queries
- Expert use of positioning (absolute, relative, fixed, sticky)
- Native DOM manipulation & event handling
- Strong understanding of callbacks, Promises, async/await
- Confident integrating animation libraries (GSAP, AOS, Lottie)
- Experience with API integration within front-end workflows
- Advanced WordPress development, including Elementor
- Skilled at translating designs from Figma & Adobe XD into pixel-perfect builds
- Task organization and sprint tracking in ClickUp
- Collaboration with design, QA, and development teams
- Clear documentation of deliverables, progress, and dependencies
- Website optimization for Core Web Vitals (CWV)
- Applied knowledge of technical SEO (structure, speed, accessibility)
- Integration of forms with platforms like CallTrackingMetrics (CTM)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving for front-end performance issue
- Active collaboration with designers, developers, and QA teams
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Comfortable working under deadlines in structured processes
- Strong English written communication for documentation & technical specs
- Participation in English-based team meetings
- Comfortable reading and applying technical documentation
