What You’ll Do:
- Ensure accurate tracking, data collection, and consistency across the website by managing and optimizing web analytics and tag management solutions
- Leverage data visualization best practices to build marketing and business performance dashboards
- Develop and present regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior, funnel performance, and A/B test results to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by auditing tracking implementations and resolving discrepancies.
Required skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth tech or IT environment
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and web tracking best practices
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar.
- Strong experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and tracking implementation.
- Basic SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Basic Python knowledge
- Solid understanding of A/B testing best practices and applied statistics
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
