About this Opportunity:
As a Senior Wealth Management Marketing Manager, you will support key stakeholders across the business, including the sales and product teams, to translate objectives and market opportunities into formal, cohesive marketing plans and content plans that differentiate our positioning and achieve revenue growth targets. This position will work closely with sales, product, creative, content, digital execution, and operational teams to drive new client acquisition and existing client growth through the development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, content and promotions. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
Location:
It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee, with three (3) or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations.
Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns spanning email, digital, virtual (webinars) and in-person events, and sales enablement — designed to drive engagement, generate demand, and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Create detailed marketing communications and sales enablement plans that deliver key positioning strategies via both inbound and outbound marketing channels and direct sales initiatives.
- Drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact across the customer lifecycle — whether generating net-new leads for new logo growth or deepening engagement with existing clients to support cross-sell and upsell.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance against KPIs including lead generation/client engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution — translating insights into optimizations that improve campaign effectiveness and revenue impact.
- Develop compelling marketing collateral that supports sales conversations and accelerates the buyer journey, helping move prospects more efficiently from interest to opportunity.
- Partner with the sales organization to identify clients and partners who can serve as advocates through case studies, speaking opportunities, and references, and manage the resulting library of customer success stories.
- Use AI-powered tools (including Claude, ChatGPT, and Co-Pilot) to accelerate content development, campaign ideation, and personalization at scale — driving greater efficiency while increasing engagement and conversion outcomes.
- Support marketing technology and automation initiatives to optimize campaign execution, improve operational efficiency, and drive pipeline growth.
- Plan and execute paid digital advertising buys — display, PPC, SEM, digital sponsorship, and paid social — and optimize performance spend.
- Support go-to-market strategy for new product launches, acquisitions, and releases — creating communications that articulate the differentiation and value of our core technology and investments, drive awareness, sales enablement, and profitable growth across the product lifecycle.
- Evaluate campaign metrics and continually optimize programs to meet the changing needs of clients and the business. Work with the Marketing Ops team to create and maintain reporting dashboards within marketing technology tools.
- Research and stay current on RIA and broader industry trends, socializing campaign results and insights with key stakeholders.
- Monitor target-audience buying behavior and criteria, develop expertise on key competitors, and build programs designed to attract and win their clients.
- Manage project timelines, expectations, and logistics across multiple concurrent campaigns to meet deadlines with urgency and accuracy.
- Own and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization — keeping internal teams informed of project status and campaign performance, and presenting results and insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align on campaign goals and key messaging.
- Manage third-party agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Understand project budgets and propose cost-saving measures where appropriate.

- Has a Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field as required
- Has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in marketing as required
- Has experience in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or the investment/RIA industry as strongly preferred.
