Own the product pillar’s highest-impact and most ambiguous initiatives, personally delivering strategy, discovery, prototypes, PRDs, features, and post-launch analysis. Build AI-native workflows and internal agents, partner with engineering on technical direction, and translate GM strategy into product vision. Mentor peer PMs, raise AI fluency, lead hiring decisions, drive cross-pillar initiatives, and represent the pillar with customers and executives.
