The Senior Investment Consultant manages financial advisor relationships, educates advisors and clients on Orion’s Custom Indexing and OCIO solutions, and drives sales across RIA and IBD channels. The role partners with sales, investment, and marketing teams, serves as an investment product subject matter expert, presents throughout the region, and supports distribution across Orion’s wealth and technology platforms.

Leads the client services team, managing talent, workload, performance, and service quality. Builds advisor and client relationships, resolves servicing concerns, monitors NPS and feedback, and drives continuous improvement. Develops business cases, tracks benefits realization, evaluates AI and automation opportunities, supports forecasting and capacity planning, and delivers executive recommendations. Partners across Operations, Finance, Technology, Product, Data, and Client Experience to improve productivity, scalability, profitability, and client outcomes.

Leads FP&A for the Wealth business, partnering with senior leadership on forecasting, budgeting, deal and pricing economics, sales compensation, strategic planning, executive reporting, and performance analysis. Owns financial models, planning standards, business reviews, and data integrity while developing a small FP&A team. Advises on asset flows, revenue, retention, product mix, and margin in a wealth-management environment.

Develops investment strategies, product selections, asset allocation recommendations, and portfolio proposals for advisors and clients. Reviews portfolios, creates analytics and market content, supports due diligence, provides investment guidance, and assists with client-facing presentations. Requires knowledge of capital markets and investment vehicles, strong communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, relevant securities licenses, and at least three years of investment industry experience.

Maintains and architects corporate LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud, wired, wireless, firewall, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM infrastructure. Troubleshoots network issues, manages routing and switching, monitors network health, oversees cabling and upgrades, supports disaster recovery and on-call operations, and coordinates vendors and carriers.
