Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Wealth Management Banking Coordinator.
In this role, you will:
- Provide account administration and risk management, supporting multiple people and balancing multiple priorities
- Assist in providing service to private wealth client relationships; provide client service and address inquiries
- Perform moderately complex daily transactions and control records and files within policy guidelines
- Prepare preliminary client correspondence
- Research and resolve operational issues related to complex accounts
- Work with centers, offices, and stores to execute daily transactions for bankers
- Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve routine issues and achieve goals, while building a strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures
- Maintain effective risk management through routine education, sound risk and operational decision making, and adherence to policies or procedures related to low to medium risks and deliverables
- Manage and service a complex affluent and high net worth client relationship portfolio in lending, credit, and deposit products and services
- 2+ years of Wealth Management Banking support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience and education
- Good Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge in PowerPoint presentation, data analytics, usage of tools such as Power BI, SQL, VBA, is a plus.
- Experience in implementation of projects related to revision or upgrade of operational procedures.
- Ability to lead meetings,
- Responsible for reviewing money movement requests while maintaining high quality, in consideration of travel rules.
- Responsible for completing given tasks following the bank's service level agreement.
- Identify and refer potential risk on the request, e.g. inaccuracies that could lead to operational and financial losses.
- Identify and when necessary, draft and submit Unusual Activity Referrals for potential Money Laundering, Fraud, or any other Financial Crimes Matter
- Provides insights with process improvements that can help develop the business
- Possibility of conducting training to newly onboarded team members
- Must be a subject matter expert in limited amount of time
- Ability to perform AD HOC tasks in an efficient manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be amenable to work onsite (Five/NEO, BGC, Taguig). Must be willing to work on a full shift within 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM or 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM PHT
