Join our Creative Studio, where we’re at an exciting growth stage, redefining what creative excellence looks like! This is an opportunity to shape how we bring our brand to life across go-to-market initiatives while enjoying ownership, flexibility, and growth in your work. As a Visual Designer on our Go-to-Market team, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling brand experiences that connect with our audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and creative to design innovative campaigns and interactive experiences. Your work will span a wide range of projects, from launching high-profile campaigns to building brand assets and experimenting with new creative formats.

This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

  • End-to-End Projects: Own projects from concept to execution, bringing fresh ideas to life with bold, innovative solutions

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$145,000$170,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$128,000$150,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$113,000$133,000 USD
