We’re looking for a talented Visual/UI Designer who transforms concepts into polished, high-fidelity designs that deliver on excellence. You’ll work alongside our UX and Copy teams to create beautiful, functional digital experiences while helping us scale our capabilities without compromising quality.

What You’ll Do:

Design & Execution (70%)

• Transform wireframes into stunning visual designs across web and mobile platforms
• Design responsive interfaces that work beautifully across all breakpoints
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Develop creative directions for client presentations
• Craft micro-interactions and UI details that enhance experiences
• Collaborate with copywriters and UX designers throughout the design process

Collaboration (20%)

• Present and articulate design decisions to internal teams and client stakeholders
• Partner with developers on handoff and conduct design VQA
• Participate in weekly design critiques and provide thoughtful feedback
• Support Creative and Design Directors on new business pitches

Innovation (10%)

• Stay current with design trends and emerging tools
• Experiment with AI visual tools to enhance workflow and exploration
• Contribute to agency design systems and knowledge sharing
• Mentor junior designers as the team grows

Who You Are:

Essential Skills

• 5-7 years designing digital products, websites, and/or creative executions
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft: layout, typography, color, composition
• Strong grasp of design principles: hierarchy, balance, contrast, white space
• Expert in Figma; experienced with design systems, component libraries, and prototyping,
• Deep understanding of UI patterns, responsive design, and accessibility basics
• Understanding of Interaction design and how motion elements bring engagement
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS) and developer handoff best practices
• Experience with AI visual tools (Midjourney, chatgpt, etc.)

• Salary: $115,000-$125,000 commensurate on experience
