Senior Video Producer

Media Services is Vanguard’s in-house media production and post-production department. We are a vibrant and collaborative team delivering video, photography, and audio projects you would expect from a commercial production company. We partner with Marketing and Communications to produce corporate video, digital advertising, social media content, live webcasts, PR appearances, photography, and podcasts. We are seeking a strategic and influential creative thinker that can lead the process of crafting breakthrough content across channels.

The Content Strategist role includes dual skills as a Senior Producer and Video Director. You will leverage your knowledge of industry leading storytelling methodologies and techniques to collaborate with stakeholders at every stage of the creation process. This includes project management, advising on concepts and scripts, developing creative treatments, managing the budget, collaborating with production crew and vendors, directing talent on set, working with video editors and designers, and media asset licensing.

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experiences:

• Passion for storytelling and a track record creating high-quality creative work.

• Producing and directing experience with a brand, agency, or production company.

• Strong stakeholder and relationship management.

• Ability to communicate with and direct subject matter experts and senior leaders to deliver key messages.

What it takes:

• Marketing or Communications experience.

• Minimum five years related work experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays – Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from our offices in Malvern PA.
