We are seeking a senior leader to join our growing team in India to help us realize this vision and drive our industry forward -- someone who understands the technology sector, knows how to reach a variety of business audiences, and has an appetite to own and drive the kinds of integrated communications marketing campaigns that win awards.

The Role:
A seasoned communicator to lead a team for one of our largest and most prestigious global clients in today’s tech landscape.
They will hold overarching leadership for this dedicated team, and serve as a senior client point of contact, driving accountability for team performance and creative impact, including planning and delivery across all workstreams, as well as budget management.
The leader will ensure the right specialists within the team and from across the firm work on the right pieces of business, bringing excellence to how we deliver positive Trust building outcomes for our client. Also serving as a key member of the APAC regional client team, this individual will be responsible for connecting the dots across different parts of the client business in India and beyond to ensure their team (on local and regional sides) have a full picture of the Indian work, synergies and overlaps.
Beyond excellent team leadership, this leader must be an experienced client advisor, a tenacious problem solver and confident in their ability to offer client advice based on insight and experience. They must be prepared to challenge our clients’ views and perspectives in a way that encourages an evolution in their storytelling process.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary or senior contact for clients within communications team and across client business
Manage multiple workstreams and projects from concept to completion by anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering client counsel, overseeing quality, and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
Be responsible for delivering smart, research-driven best-in-class creative programs for our clients
Use capabilities and navigate resources across the network to advance client business objectives
Formulate thoughtful points of view and recommendations based on broad communications and client landscape
Hold a belief that recommendations must be grounded in data and experience working cross-functionally with research teams to build effective strategies and impactful measurement
Demonstrate advanced writing and editing skills across a range of mediums
Make active contributions to team culture to build the workplace of the future
Work with team to set performance and career development goals to foster an environment of continuous growth
Mentor, coach and support team members to grow and develop

Basic Qualifications:
Have a minimum of 14 years of total experience; substantial experience in Communications, Marketing, and/or related fields.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have at least 12 years’ experience in communications or public relations in agency / in-house
Have deep experience and passion for working in the corporate communications space, with emphasis on enterprise/B2B technology clients
Have written strategic communications plans, excellent storytelling skills, and relationships with business, technology, and national news media
Have experience leading creator engagement programming
Have managed budgets and teams on sizable pieces of business to achieve client goals
Proven account management and team leadership skills
Keen interest and high awareness of current events
