What You’ll DoServe as a senior strategic advisor to clients, translating business, brand, and communications objectives into actionable research strategies
Lead and grow key client accounts, identifying opportunities and converting them into incremental business
Drive revenue growth and profitability, overseeing P&L management across accounts
Deliver compelling insights and narratives that influence decision-making and align to client business goals
Build strong partnerships across Edelman and Edelman Intelligence to unlock integrated opportunities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultative researchers at all levels
Oversee complex research and analytics programs end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and on budget
Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that supports professional growth and innovation
10+ years of experience in research, insights, analytics, or strategic consulting
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, marketing, social sciences, business, analytics)
Proven experience leading large-scale research and insights programs for senior-level clients
Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue targets and P&L responsibility
Demonstrated ability to grow client relationships and drive new business opportunities
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with experience translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
Experience managing and mentoring high-performing, multi-level teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative leadership style
Familiarity with communications research, brand strategy, reputation, or corporate affairs research

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
