Pershing LLC seeks Senior Vice President, Release Train Engineer in Jersey City, NJ, to perform Agile Release Train (ART) or product. Facilitate development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. Facilitate process and execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering a community of practice. Participate in lean-agile transformations, coach leadership, and other teams in agile mindsets and new processes. Work with the Agile Program Management Office on program execution and operational excellence and understand and operate within Lean Budgets to ensure adherence to Guardrails. Optimize the flow through the program and facilitate PI Planning and readiness. Aggregate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives. Work with the Agile Program Management Office on program execution and operational excellence. Understand and operate within Lean Budgets and ensure adherence to Guardrails. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in a related occupation in the financial services industry. Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience must include: Utilizing Agile, Scrum, and Release Train Engineer tools to manage effective delivery of large scale, client facing enterprise software development for applications associated with Treasury Services business initiatives; Utilizing domain in data visualization and data management to implement initiatives related to data analytics; Providing guidance on payment processing, payment channels & gateways; Facilitating AGILE release train events which include program increment planning, system demonstration, and quarterly planning across multiple cross functional teams; Maintaining and executing the deliverables in IBM T Pro, and Atlassian JIRA tool, and using JIRA query management for project reports; and Orchestrating software delivery lifecycle process and executing business strategy by proactively tracking and reporting the objectives & key results. BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary/range for this position is expected to be $189,592.00 - $228,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. Base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will, and the Company reserves the right to modify the base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
