We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Financial Management and Analysis team within the Office of the CFO team. This role is located in Pune
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead management accounting activities, including internal reporting, expense analysis, and support for planning and forecasting processes.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for senior finance leadership.
- Support in analyzing the key financial results, identifying key performance drivers, and provide clear variance commentary and actionable insights.
- Manage enterprise expense reporting and allocation activities to support consistent financial transparency across the organization.
- Partner with controllership, business finance, and other stakeholders to align reporting outputs and analytical approaches.
- Drive transformation, process improvement, simplification, standardization, and automation across reporting and management accounting activities.
- Use AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to enhance reporting, identify trends, improve forecasting support, and strengthen management insights.
- Promote responsible use of AI and data-driven solutions within Finance processes, in alignment with governance and control expectations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support strategic initiatives, executive requests, and ad hoc financial analysis as required.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant advanced degree or certification.
- Significant experience in management accounting, FP&A, or related Finance function.
- Strong working knowledge on IBM Planning and Analytics tool
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools, automation, or advanced analytics to improve reporting, analysis, or decision-making processes.
- Strong understanding of how to apply AI responsibly within a controlled Finance environment, including awareness of data quality, governance, and risk considerations.
