In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead the Monitoring, Reporting and Analytics agenda for Operational Risk.
  • Produce and oversee senior governance reporting for Board, Enterprise Risk, and Operational Risk committees.
  • Design, establish, and maintain the Operational Risk Appetite Statement in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Build and develop a team to deliver reporting, monitoring, and analytics capabilities.
  • Establish ongoing monitoring processes for reportable metrics and key risk indicators.
  • Enhance reporting for Operational Risk Metrics, Issues Management, and RCSA programs.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, well-governed, and aligned to risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
  • Partner with business, control, and governance teams to improve operational risk insights and escalation.
  • Drive enhancements in reporting methods, data quality, and analytics tooling.
  • Support risk-based decision-making through clear analysis, trend identification, and executive-level storytelling.
     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Extensive experience in Operational Risk, Risk Governance, Reporting, Analytics, or a related control function.
  • Strong knowledge of operational risk frameworks, metrics, issues management, and RCSA.
  • Experience preparing materials for senior governance forums, including Board or committee-level reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to influence senior partners.
  • Ability to translate complex risk data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
