Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead business-case development, with the support of the global Sales team.
• Become a strategic change agent both internally and externally to promote new thinking about Treasury and Liquidity Management, and collaboratively develop initial point of views and cases for change for both existing and prospective clients.
• Fully leverage existing value-engineering tools.
• Enhance existing value-engineering tools and methods, including the proposal in implementation of new tools and methodologies.
• Work with Professional Services and Client Success teams to utilize Performance Benchmarks and historical Business Case statistics to improve quantitative value messaging.
• Lead and support value-based Sales training sessions.
• Deliver both Value Monitoring and Value Realization Services with select strategic customers.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology or Business.
• Master’s degree, MBA, preferred.
• 5-10 years of Treasury, Treasury Technology (i.e. cash management, capital markets, FX and interest rate hedging, hedge accounting, etc.) or Corporate Finance experience.
• 1-5 years of experience with Kyriba Enterprise Software, or 10 years in the Enterprise Software space either as a Value Engineer or Pre-Sales expert.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills; ability to communicate clear and concisely with C-Level executives about corporate finance and procurement best practices and solutions; ability to work with a multifunctional team in multiple geographies.
• Critical thinking, creative problem solving and decision-making skills that balance thoughtful analysis with timely responsiveness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal.
• Experience with business case creation, analysis, and research.
• Experience with strategic cases for changes successfully delivered to Fortune 500 companies.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong executive presence.

Base compensation for this role is: $123,225.00 - $169,462.50 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
