We’re seeking a (Senior) UX/UI Designer (f/m/d) who will own the end-to-end e-commerce experience, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, engaging, and efficient. By deeply understanding user motivations, defining KPIs, and advocating for their needs, you’ll craft experiences that are not only enjoyable but also impactful. Beyond shaping a new product, you’ll contribute to our UX strategy, set design standards, and help build a thriving UX practice within our community.
Your tasks:Own the end-to-end design process, from user research to final implementation.
Ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
Identify user needs and challenges to generate ideas, guided by KPIs and data-driven hypotheses.
Create, visualize and communicate ideas and features as well as key artifacts (such as jobs-to-be done, customer journeys, etc.)
Design immersive storytelling experiences and compelling visuals to inspire and engage users.
Optimize conversion flows while maintaining trust and credibility.
Validate ideas through iteration and user feedback, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating relevant innovations.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, championing a human-centric design approach.
Ideally 5+ years of product design experience with a track record of scaling successful products.
Expertise in UX and UI design, including creating deliverables across various fidelities.
Strong foundation in visual storytelling and conversion-focused design while maintaining user trust.
Experience in owning the full design process from user research to implementation.
Proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping tools, and scalable design systems.
Deep knowledge of UX standards, methodologies, and data-informed design practices.
Experience conducting and collaborating on user research to guide decisions.
Excellent communication skills in both English and German, for guiding stakeholders and sharing knowledge.
