Your tasks:
Own and improve the end-to-end experience for one of our LOTTO24 domains in a team of 2 UX Designers
Understand user needs and challenges to generate data-informed ideas, always guided by KPIs and business goals.
Create smooth, enjoyable, efficient and engaging experiences that are feasible on system level and viable on business level.
Initiate, support and challenge research activities together with our Research Team.
Continuously validate and iterate on design ideas based on user feedback and usability testing.
Advocate for a human-centered approach in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and innovations to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.
Shape the UX practices and standards within the UX Community.
What you offer us:
Ideally 5 years of product design experience in end-to-end design from Research to final implemention - with strenghs on discovery, ideation and conception.
Experience in different kinds of UX deliverables like wireframes, prototypes, flows and maps in various fidelities.
Ability to dive into the mindset of users and shape a human centric design approach within your domain.
Deep knowledge of UX standards, methodologies, and data-informed design practices.
Ability to read and understand data and research findings to make informed design decisions.
Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities alike.
Great communication skills in English for guiding stakeholders, understanding customers and sharing knowledge.
Conversational German language skills are required.
