Senior UX Product Designer - Location: Hyderabad India  

Department: Product UX Design – IMS Division

Reports to: UX Product Design Manager

About the Role

Broadcom’s Infrastructure Management Division (IMS) delivers industry-leading solutions that empower global enterprises to monitor, manage, and secure their most complex, mission-critical environments. We are looking for a hands-on, high-craft Senior UX Designer to join our Product Design team and take end-to-end ownership of key product areas. You will play a key role in modernizing the user experience of a mature product ecosystem, bringing contemporary design thinking to our suite of enterprise solutions. This role is highly collaborative; you will act as an embedded partner to Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to translate ambiguous briefs into clear, defensible designs. Your work will have a direct impact on users at some of the largest organizations in the world, making high-stakes systems feel intuitive and impactful.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering,  Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design (IxD), Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, Graphic Design or related field. 

• Experience: 8+ years in UX/Product Design, ideally in enterprise, infrastructure management, or complex SaaS environments.

• Figma & Design Systems: Expert-level Figma proficiency and a proven ability to build and maintain scalable design systems.

• AI Fluency: Active, practical use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) as part of day-to-day design workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex, data-rich products or infrastructure management tools.

• Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

• Experience conducting customer research/validation (design, facilitate and analyze customer research sessions)

• Experience facilitating design workshops, design sprints, or cross-functional sessions.

• Passion for mentoring peers and raising the design quality bar across a team.

What You’ll Do

• Own End-to-End Design: Lead the full UX lifecycle from discovery and research to design handoff.

• Simplify Complexity: Strong systems thinking and ability to design across complex, end-to-end experiences and translate advanced enterprise/technical workflows into accessible, intuitive solutions.

• Collaborate Actively: Act as an embedded partner to Product Managers and Engineering; convert vague requirements into actionable, high-impact design strategies.

• Design Systems: Identify gaps, build patterns, and enforce component standards to accelerate velocity across the product ecosystem.

• Work AI-Native: Integrate AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Claude, Cursor) into your daily process to accelerate validation and design cycles.

• Champion Quality: Advocate for research-backed decisions, accessibility (WCAG), and data-informed iteration.
