Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who thinks in products, not just screens, and can own design from problem to production. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to understand user problems and build simple, intuitive experiences.
If you have spent the last few years only converting requirements into Figma screens, this role is not for you. We expect you to question assumptions, challenge weak product decisions, and care about how the product actually works.
What You Will Work On
Product Design
Understand user problems and turn them into simple, intuitive product experiences
Own design from user flows and wireframes to final UI and prototypes
Work closely with Product and Engineering to define what to build and why
Design complex workflows with clear interactions, edge cases, and states
Product Ownership
Challenge assumptions and push back on weak product decisions
Maintain design systems and consistency across the product
Work closely with engineers to ensure the final product matches the design
Use user feedback and product data to continuously improve the experience
What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on Product Design / UI/UX experience in a product company
Strong product thinking — you understand the problem, user and business goal before designing the solution
Strong UX, interaction and visual design skills with a solid understanding of user flows and information architecture
Expert-level Figma skills — components, auto-layout, prototyping and design systems
Experience designing and shipping web/mobile products, not just marketing websites or visual creatives
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product work, design decisions and problem-solving
Comfortable working closely with Product and Engineering in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
Skills Required
- 5+ years of hands-on Product Design or UI/UX experience in a product company
- Strong product thinking and ability to understand user problems and business goals
- Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills
- Understanding of user flows and information architecture
- Expert-level Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
